(k99.com) — Part of the roof collapsed this week inside the upcoming Rio Grande Mexican Grill site at 225 4th Street in downtown Loveland after construction equipment hit a support beam, prompting safety concerns. Loveland Fire Rescue says contractors must stabilize the building, nearby businesses face closures and sidewalk restrictions, and the restaurant’s planned spring 2027 opening will likely be delayed.
   

2. Loveland Salvation Army expands with a full pantry, class space, and lockers for the unhoused community (reporterherald.com) — Loveland’s Salvation Army on N. Lincoln Avenue has doubled its space and is now offering expanded services for unhoused neighbors, including lockers, mail, a larger food pantry, and class space.
