ā¢ DDDA declines request for loan to convert office along 17th (businessden.com subscription) ā Developers behind a downtown Denver office-to-apartment conversion also want to build 50 homes next to The Fort restaurant and have that property annexed into Morrison, potentially expanding the townās boundaries and housing options. While Denverās development authority just rejected their big loan request, the firm may revise its plans and pursue new financing, which could influence how quickly Morrison sees changes near The Fort.
