Outdoor watering is limited to assigned days and off-peak hours, and the city is also cutting back irrigation in parks. Officials urge residents to fix leaks, adjust sprinklers, and explore available rebates for water‑saving upgrades.

4. Northglenn lawmaker pushes bill to support crime survivors (northglenn-thorntonsentinel.com) — A Northglenn-based state representative is backing a Colorado bill to give crime survivors stronger rights and protections in the justice system. The proposal would improve victim notifications, allow more remote testimony, curb forced arbitration in sexual misconduct disputes, and expand trauma‑informed training for law enforcement. If passed, it could reshape how survivors across Colorado, including Northglenn residents, navigate investigations and court proceedings.
