• Man arrested in Security-Widefield on assault, failure to register as sex offender charges (kktv.com) — A woman was injured and a man arrested after deputies responded to a reported restraining order violation and assault at a home on Cold Harbor View in Security-Widefield on September 23. The suspect, 38-year-old Juvario Holt, faces several charges, including failure to register as a sex offender, DUI-related noncompliance, and third-degree assault, after allegedly refusing commands to leave the residence.
   

• Multi-Agency Effort Leads to Arrest of Domestic Violence Suspect (epcsheriffsoffice.com) — Security-Widefield residents should know deputies recently responded to a restraining order violation and domestic violence call on Cold Harbor View, where the victim had non-life-threatening injuries. The broader update also details another Cimarron Hills domestic case and announces the Sheriff’s Office is immediately ending its contract with Flock Safety license-plate cameras across El Paso County.
