• Stunning scenic drive just opened for the season in Colorado – but you'll need the right vehicle to tackle it (denvergazette.com) — Last Dollar Road, the scenic dirt route connecting Ridgway and Telluride, is now open for the season with winter conditions gone, but you’ll need a high-clearance 4WD vehicle. The 13.3‑mile drive offers big views of the Sneffels Range and Wilson Peak, plus camping and photo spots. Directions are provided for accessing the road from both Ridgway and Telluride.
