Avon Art Association's Monthly Meeting and Artist Demo

The Avon Arts Association will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday February 17, 2015 at 7:00 pm in Avon Town Hall, 60 West Main St. building #1. Artist Shauna Shane will demonstrate techniques using pastels. Shane has been working as a professional artist for more than 33 years and has received numerous awards. She is represented in collections in the US and around the world, including the Governor’s portrait in the State Capitol in Helena, Montana. In 2010, Shane was selected as Resident Artist at the New Britain Museum of American Art.

Shane will present a workshop on Saturday February 21st in the same location. Information is available at the meeting. The public is invited. Refreshments will be served.
