Avon Forum To Look Into Investing And The Environment

Avon Clean Energy Commission is hosting a panel who will discuss ways people can invest their money and do environmental good.

AVON, CT — The Avon Clean Energy Commission is hosting a special forum next week on "sustainable investing."

The forum will take place on Thursday, May 18, at 7 p.m. in the community romo of the Avon Free Public Library, 281 Country Club Road, Avon.

It will feature an expert panel that will discuss items that investors "should consider when looking to invest sustainably and have a positive impact on climate change," according to a town announcement.
