Is it possible to make decadent desserts that are….good for you?
Bring your sweet tooth and join in to find out how. We’ll be making desserts from whole-food ingredients and tasting how great healthy treats can be! Enjoy Dark Chocolate Raspberry Bites, Lemon Tartlets, Mocha Mousse Cups, and more! The recipes for this class will be dairy and gluten-free, using no refined sugar…but don’t worry, you won’t miss it!

Presented by Colin McCullough. Since Colin became vegan in 1995, he has been finding new ways to make healthy eating convenient and delicious, especially while raising two boys with healthy appetites! Colin teaches private and public cooking classes throughout New England, sharing his experience and recipes with people who want to incorporate more whole-food, plant-based meals for health, compassion and the environment. Colin is the author of ‘The Healthy Vegan Cookbook’ and most recently ‘Smoothies That Taste Like Girl Scout Cookies’.
