Recently, Trainer Dee from Iron Will Fitness in Manchester stopped by to check out some of our healthy – and delicious – dishes.

We showed him some of our appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts and showed him how people can eat not only a healthy meal, but a quality, delicious meal.

At Peppercorn’s Grill, we use free range chicken, extra virgin olive oil, and local vegetables that have no hormones or pesticides. Our foods don’t have nitrates and we also don’t use butter or cream.

If you don’t enjoy chicken, we also have fish or beef that are excellent sources of protein.

While some of our dishes may come with mashed potatoes or something else you may not want if you are watching your waistline, we can always substitute them with vegetables or another side of your choice.

Craving dessert? We can help you out. One of our delicious desserts contains mixed forest berries and mascarpone – and it can even be baked for a nice warm dessert on a cold night.

Remember, portion control is also a key. Share with your neighbor!

If you are looking for a drink but don’t want to blow your diet, wine isn’t a bad choice.
