Mintz + Hoke Named to Hartford Courant's 2014 Top Workplaces

AVON, Conn. – Connecticut communications agency Mintz + Hoke is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of The Hartford Courant and FOXCT Top Workplaces.
For the overall Top Workplaces rankings in the Small Employers category, Mintz + Hoke placed 6th of 35 employers and was the highest-ranking Advertising and Marketing company in the category. Mintz + Hoke also earned a Top Workplaces special award based on standout scores in employee responses in the Work/Life Flexibility category.

The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. The Hartford Courant and FOXCT Top Workplaces program is affiliated with 40 major publishing partners across the United States.
Mintz + Hoke employees completed a 24-question confidential survey that takes into account employee benefits, support of the local community, employee perks, and the connection between employees and the company. To participate, organizations must have a minimum of 50 employees in the Hartford, Middlesex, Tolland, Windham and New London counties. Company management is not allowed to influence employee responses.
