New Hot Meals to Go at Avon Prime Meats

New services and great ready to serve foods!

Avon Prime Meats is always striving to exceed expectations of their guests in the Farmington Valley area. Many families around town have extremely busy schedules with work, kids’ activities and other commitments. With this in mind, Avon Prime Meats offers two new ways to have a warm, delicious dinner, ready to serve, picked up on their way home. The purpose of this is to ease the dinner process with savory and convenient choices.

Hot Meals to Go: In their new Hot Food station, located where the samples used to be (samples are now across from the new station) you can find Oven Roasted Chicken, House Made BBQ Ribs, Pot Pies, Soups and other comfort foods, warm and ready to enjoy.

Call Ahead Program. You can call the store (860-676-4444) and request grilling a few pounds of chicken or steak tips and inquire about the “Sides Du Jour” which can be warmed up and ready for you to pick up at your convenience. For more information, see brochure below.

Avon Prime Meats also has a great selection of Heat & Serve prepared foods. Located in refrigerator next to our Fresh Produce. In here you will find amazing meals and side items like: Lasagna, Meatballs, Mashed Potatoes, Shepherd’s Pie, Soups, Quiche, etc.

Many of the prepared foods offered at our store are made from scratch by our skilled Catering Chefs, using the freshest and finest ingredients. You can have peace of mind knowing that you are giving your family the best meals available.
