COVID-19 Vaccine Information for Individuals 65+ : Phase 1b of Connecticut's COVID-19 vaccine rollout is underway. Residents over the age of 65 can now schedule appointments to receive the vaccine. To participate, individuals must:1. Be age 65 or over. 2. Register yourself with the web-based Vaccine Administration Management System (VAMS) by visiting www.ct.gov/covidvaccine or by calling (877) 918-2224. 3. Schedule your appointment in VAMS. Need help with VAMS? Feel free to call the Avon Senior Center at (860) 675-4355 to register and schedule your appointment.
