"As You Like It" film & discussion at the Avon Public Library

April 9 Shakespeare: A Festivus for the Rest of Us Continues ...

Join us on Thursday, April 9 with a film and discussion of Shakespeare’s romance comedy “As You Like It” . The 2007 film directed by Kenneth Branaugh will be shown at 4:00 pm, followed by a discussion of the play with Dr. Humphrey Tonkin, of the Hartt School at 7:00 pm.

The program is part of Avon Library’s Spring series Shakespeare: A Festivus for the Rest of Us, featuring lectures, films and performances for a fun & lively introduction to the “Bard of Avon”. The series continues through May 30, 2015. Additional programs are listed on the attached flyer.
