Berlin Swimsuit Designer Lands Creation in 'Sports Illustrated'
Kasia Roginska started her swimwear line in 2013.
BERLIN, CT - Swimsuit designer Kasia Roginska, a native of Poland who lives in Berlin, landed one of her creations in this year's annual "Sports Illustrated" bathing suit issue.
The Meriden Record-Journal reports that Roginska is a dental hygienist who started her swimwear line called KARO in 2013. She had submitted some of her suits to the popular magazine in the past and didn't make the cut. So she wasn't holding out much hope that one would get in the magazine this year, but one did.
Roginska's design, called the "Kaleidoscope" bikini which features lots of colors, is modeled by Erin Heatherton in the issue.
