About New England Hypnosis & Weight Loss

Our program uses 3 hypnosis and discussion sessions over the course of three weeks. The hypnosis helps your subconscious and conscious mind reprogram your attitudes towards food, eating, and exercise. There is a strong focus on choosing healthy foods consistently while turning away from foods that lead to weight/fat gain. We also help clients overcome stress eating, emotional eating, cravings, temptations, and mindless snacking. 

Our eating plan uses healthy, whole foods that you will find in your local grocery store. There is no need to purchase any supplements, powders, or pre-packaged foods.
