Middlewoods of Newington Resident Celebrates 101 Years!

Middlewoods of Newington resident, Edna Timpson, recently celebrated her 101st birthday with a grand celebration of family and friends on Friday, May 23rd. Birthday entertainment was provided by Graham’s Cocktail Jazz Band and a beautifully decorated birthday cake was covered with the words: “Happy Birthday Edna…101 Years Strong!” Timpson, previously a resident of Wethersfield, has lived at Middlewoods of Newington Assisted Living Community since February 2014 and was delighted by the celebration. Timpson’s daughter joined her for the birthday festivities, as did fellow residents and staff, who were proud to honor and recognize such an important milestone.
