MOORELAND HILL SCHOOL ANNOUNCES END OF THE YEAR AWARDS & SCHOLARSHIPS

On Tuesday, June 3rd, Mooreland Hill's Class Day Awards was held in the Vance Center. Listed below is a list of the recipients of the 2014 awards and honors.

Young Scholarship

The Margaret Hart Young Scholarship was presented on behalf of the Young Family for effort, growth, character and achievement by Headmaster, Michael D. Dooman ‘78 to Gabrielle Brewer.

Francis A. Cichowski III Memorial Scholarship

The Francis A. Cichowski III Memorial Scholarship was presented for demonstrated substantial academic improvement, sound or improved effort, and growth in character by Headmaster, Michael D. Dooman ‘78 to Kathryn Plourde.

Citizenship Award

The Citizenship Award, given annually by the Board of Trustees, was presented to Annabella Capaccio in recognition of her achievements in academics, athletics, extracurricular activities and service to the school. 

Class of ’82 Spirit Award

The Class of 1982 Spirit Award was presented to Lauren Boucher.

Outstanding Athletes of the Year

Recognized as outstanding athletes for the year were Lauren Boucher and Ryan Smith.
