$10K Reward Offered for Hit and Run Driver Who Killed a Young Bethel Mom
A Bethel mom was killed by a hit and run driver last November in Danbury. Police are still searching for the driver one year later.

One year ago a young Bethel woman was walking along South Street in Danbury and was killed by an apparent hit and run driver. Twenty-three-year-old Rachel Sack left behind an infant son.
Family and friends met at the accident site to hold a vigil and remember Rachel on the one year anniversary of her death, according to WTNH News.
Police are still searching for the driver of the dark colored SUV who eyewitnesses say struck and killed her as she was walking near Great Pasture and South Street in Danbury. The driver fled the scene. People tried to help her as she lay in the road. An ambulance transported her to Danbury Hospital where she later died as a result of her injuries.
The Sack family is offering a $10,000 reward to anyone with information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person who killed Rachel.
Anyone with information is urged to call the Danbury Police Department at (203) 797-4611.
