Bethel Man Accused of Stealing $50,000 From New York Firm

Police said he falsified orders to remove products that he then sold for himself.

ORANGEBURG, NY — A former employee at Dynarex Corp. has been charged with second-degree grand larceny after an investigation by Orangetown police and the Rockland County District Attorney's Office.

Richard F. Farrah of Bethel, Connecticut was an International Sales Associate for the company, police said. He is accused of falsifying orders and diverting payment for company products to himself.

The total is more than $50,000. The investigation is still open and more charges could be added, police said.

Farrah, 59, was sent to Rockland County Jail on $25,000 bail.
