Bethel Man Charged with Multiple Counts of Assaulting a Cop: PD
Threatening to kill a woman and spitting on a cop were among the charges, police say

BETHEL, CT —Police arrested a man with a long list of charges on a nearly month-old warrant.
On Monday, police encountered Thomas Sentementes, 55, of Bethel, when responding to an unrelated incident.
The arrest warrant for Sentementes charged him with threatening to kill a woman, driving with a suspended license, damaging and upending property in a retail establishment, and assaulting an officer after he spit in a cop's face. The warrant dated from Jan. 23.

Police processed Sentementes for the warrant and added new charges of driving with a suspended license and assaulting an officer. He was held on $250,000 bond and was scheduled to appear the next day at Danbury Superior Court
