Bethel Man Pleads Guilty To Sexual Assault Charges

The Bethel man was charged last May following an investigation in which an 8-year-old girl said she had been molested​ at his residence.

BETHEL, CT — A Bethel man has pleaded guilty to sexual assault charges.

Santos Cardona, 46, was charged last May following an investigation in which an 8-year-old girl told her parent she had been molested at his residence, according to police. Another victim, age 6, was later identified. The attacks allegedly occurred at Cardona's home.

Cardona is being held on bond and is scheduled to appear in Danbury Superior Court on Aug. 16
