BRIDGEPORT, CT — The accused killer of Bethel resident Emily Todd has waived extradition in Ohio and is expected back in Connecticut to face charges.

Roberts convinced Todd to meet him once more, which is when he shot her near a boat ramp in Bridgeport, police said. Roberts took Todd's car, phone and credit cards and withdrew $400 from her bank account before eventually fleeing to Ohio.
