Bethel's Maple Avenue To Close This Week

BETHEL, CT — Maple Avenue will be closing Tuesday afternoon for milling and paving work, and detours will be in place. According to the Town of Bethel, the road will be closed from the intersection of Maple Avenue extension and Plumtrees Rd. to Main Street.

The work is set to begin Tuesday afternoon from Aug. 15 to Aug. 21.

Those traveling in the area are asked to seek alternate routes to avoid delays. Residents within the project will have access to the area during the road closures.
