Laughter Yoga: an easy, fun, joyous way to exercise your laughter muscles

Laugh your way to feeling great with a one-hour laughter workout, a.k.a. laughter yoga. No pretzel poses or downward-facing dogs. Just playful breathing exercises, high-hilarity group activities and lots of belly-laughs for an energizing aerobic workout. Led by Laughter Yoga International-certified leader Norma Schmidt.
