On Main St., power lines were down in the roadway and a yellow police caution tape blocked the road, preventing motorists from passing through near Golden Hill Rd.
When asked which roads were blocked a Bethel police dispatcher told Patch he didn’t have time to discuss but would give an update “a little bit later.”
