Garbage Truck Driver Injured After Bethel Accident
The driver jumped out of the truck as it slid down a snowy hill, police said.
BETHEL, CT — A garbage truck driver was issued while driving on a private driveway on Nashville Road.
The truck fell down a snow covered hill before 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to the News-Times. The driver jumped out of the vehicle and was hit by it as the truck slid down a hill and almost fell off an embankment.
The driver sustained non-life threatening injuries.
