"Knockout" Gamers May Find Themselves On The Receiving End

"Knockout", "One Hitter Quitter"

A new game that bored teenagers are playing for fun has reached the streets of New Haven. The game looks like this:

Walk around with your friends in a group and find a helpless person, usually alone, Then punch him/her so hard that you knock him/her out cold. Usually this game leads to multiple injuries to the face, head, and brain due to traumatic impact and the secondary impact suffered as the face or skull slams into the ground. Some victims have died.

Rumor has it however, that former US Military Special Forces, Scout Snipers, Marines and other prior military combat veterans are planning to take up locations throughout these cities, nationwide, and serve as snipers.

Their plan, to destroy anyone that harms a person in the act of this game. Or, as one sniper described:

"To neutralize and destroy the threat when it is presented or executed upon an innocent citizen."

Many of these Combat Veterans are trained to hit their target from over 5 football fields away, in the head, first shot, and without being scene, heard, or ever noticed.

This is the stuff they were trained to do in the protection and defense of America while abroad in Iraq and Afghanistan. Now many intend to apply these skills right here in America in the neighborhoods where "Knockout" is being "played"

While I would never encourage, condone, or participate in this type of vigilanti justice, it does appear that others are taking up sniper post around these cities and planning to do just that.

So, parents, before you let your teenager head out with his buddies for some fun in the neighborhood, be sure to warn them not to engage in this game or arbitrarily punch someone for fun. If so, They may find themselves on the receiving end of an accurately aimed high velocity round that he never hears coming…..

I am hopeful this violent game trend comes to a halt and that none of our War Veterans are forced to utilize their skill sets to implement a remedy here at home.
