Police Blotter: Larceny 6th
A person is not considered guilty, even when charged by police, until he has been heard in a court of law.
On September 19, Andre Ward, 20, of Copperwaithe Street, Danbury, turned himelf in to Bethel Police on a larceny 6th warrant stemming from an arrest that occurred in August. Ward was released after posting a $5,000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 24.
