Police Charge Danbury Man in Bethel Stabbing
A Danbury man has been charged with first-degree assault for the attack that left one person injured this past weekend in Bethel.
BETHEL, CT — Police have arrested a 22-year-old Danbury man in connection with the stabbing that occurred last Saturday morning on Midway Drive, the News-Times is reporting.
Bethel police arrested Ricardo Ferraz DeOliveira Guedes Wednesday afternoon at 10A Peace Street in Danbury. He was charged with first-degree assault for the attack that left one person injured and in Danbury Hospital, according to police.
Police say the victim identified Guedes as his attacker, saying he was assaulted over comments he made regarding Guedes'girlfriend.
