Two Bat-Wielding Men Charged in Bethel Restaurant Brawl

BETHEL, CT — The Putnam House Restaurant and Taproom at 12 Depot Place was the scene of a brawl on July 22 when two brothers attacked patrons with a baseball bat, police are reporting.

Bethel resident Dominick Deluise, 32, and his brother Andrew attacked two patrons before they could be subdued by other patrons, police say.

Both men were charged with third degree assault and breach of peace, and have been scheduled to appear at Danbury Superior Court.
