According to the Bethel Connecticut Public Works Department on March 31, 2014:
6:36 a.m.: Two of eight Walnut Hill Road Bridge beams on trailer, ready to be installed by crane.
9:23 a.m.: Half the beams have been set at Walnut Hill Road Bridge.
