Veterans Wall Of Remembrance On Display In Bethel

Combat Veterans Charity, Operation Vet Fit, has teamed up with the Western Connecticut State University, Student Veterans Organization, to display the Post September 11th, 2001 Veterans Wall of Remembrance

The Wall consist of seven panels listing the names of all U.S. service members that have died in our nations defense during our decade long War on Terror.

The panels currently on display, at 118 Greenwood Avenue, only represent half of those that have paid the ultimate sacrifice. The other half are displayed on the back side. As a result, the wall will be rotated periodically so that all names can be observed.

The wall's display in Bethel resulted from the combined efforts, between Operation Vet Fit combat veteran members that are also students at WCSU and US Army LT. Matthew Kuchta who serves as the Veterans point of contact and Student Veterans Origanization Advisor at WCSU

The Wall will be on display at Operation Vet Fit until requested back by the WCSU Student Veterans Orgainzation.
