According to WFSB 3 TV there was a crash around 9:40 a.m. on Route 63 near Grant and Edwards roads. A vehicle hit a pole and the area is closed for traffic currently.
The New Haven Register reports that Lisa Hardy-Gardner, 40, of Hamden, drove her car off the side of the road and hit a pole. She suffered injuries in the crash and was taken to a local hospital, the Register reports.
