Hello, it was nice to have a little sun yesterday! To celebrate, I attended the Looking Forward Program Fashion Show at Anthony's (they really create a nice environment for any event, the food is good and the setting lovely). Looking Forward helps woman dealing with cancer and I hope they raised tons of money for their cause. Hat's off to Kristen Cusato, Ellen Swirsky, La Moda Fashion and D'Camms Limited! I posted a picture of barefoot Gil Simmons modeling in the show on my facebook page. He's a sport and really nice guy!
Back to real estate- I thought it might be interesting to share some information about the inventory or supply of houses throughout the different towns in the region.
As of today, June 14, 2011, here's the inventory (count) of listed single family residences (new, active or show status - properties under contract but still able to be shown) in the region. I wouldn't be doing my job if I didn't educate you that a comparatively lower MSI (Month Supply of Inventory) is more beneficial for sellers while a higher MSI is better for buyers.
