Rep. Klarides Inducts Coach Auriemma into CT Hall of Fame

This afternoon State Rep. Themis Klarides (R-114) inducted University of Connecticut Women’s Basketball Coach Geno Auriemma into the Connecticut Hall of Fame at a press conference in Hartford. Klarides, a Chairman of the Hall of Fame, spoke about Coach Auriemma’s remarkable contributions to the state before presenting his award and unveiling his name plate alongside other Hall of Famers including Mark Twain, Igor Sikorsky and Jackie Robinson.
