The Clark Memorial Library, 538 Amity Road in Bethany, is a hosting a cooking class for chefs ages 7 through 12 years of age on December 6 at 11:30 a.m. Instruction is provided by the head chef and instructor of the school Michelle Wachsmann of the Kidalicious Cooking School.
The chefs in training will learn how to make mini-catepillar sandwiches (no, not with real catepillars) and cucumber rollups.
