 About our speaker

Eliav Benjamin assumed his position as Counselor for Political Affairs at the Embassy of Israel in Washington, DC in August 2010 after serving as Policy Advisor to the Director General of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs since December 2006. Prior to that role Mr. Benjamin served as Deputy Head of Mission of the Israeli Consulate in Shanghai where he was responsible for the Economic & Commercial Section, Political Affairs, International Cooperation, Public Diplomacy and Cultural Affairs, and Administration and Consular Affairs.
