There is probably no better way to spend a cold, snowy winter afternoon than being with friends for a hot cup of tea, some delicious food and some very interesting entertainment. The members and their guests who attended Saturday Afternoon’s Tea all seemed to agree. Attendance was unusually large and the many guests had a wonderful glimpse at the great group of people who make up the Woodbridge Garden Club. The speakers added their unusual insight into the origins of Valentine’s Day and of courtship in the Victorian era. Special thanks to those members who worked so hard to make this a very special Valentine’s Day for all.
