The Trinity Council 5th Annual Coats for Kids in 2019 set another record. The program started in the spring and will continue through December. This year the council distributed a record number of 540 new boys and girls winter coats, an increase of (72) coats in 2018. The coats were distributed to (23) schools, churches and service organizations, an increase of (5) groups. Since the program started in 2015, the council has distributed 1,392 coats in five years. The groups included:

~ New Haven: Knights of Columbus District Program
~ Oxford Center School

The program could not have been successful without the financial support of our parish, Social Action Committee, Ladies Guild, Trinity Council, A-1 Toyota, Cohen & Thomas (Derby), Commercial Furniture Service Corporation (Hamden), DiGennaro Service (Bethany), Group Insurance Associates (Woodbridge), Iovanne Funeral Home (New Haven), Lupinski Funeral Home (New Haven); Monahan Cox Smith & Crimmins Funeral Home (New Haven), PEZ Candy, Inc., Project Service, LLC (New Haven) and Vietnam Vets of America Quinnipiac Chapter 484 (East Haven). In addition, an incredible number of parishioners made generous donations.

To achieve these results, the program raised $11,375. Thank you again for your generosity.
