Man Charged With Failure to Appear for Failing to Appear
Woodbridge Police say the Waterbury man turned himself in at headquarters.
A 27-year-old Waterbury resident was arrested July 8 on a charge of failure to appear for previously failing to appear.
Elvin Grullon-Peguero turned himself in at Woodbridge Police headquarters on an outstanding re-arrest warrant for second-degree failure to appear.
His arrest stems from his failing to appear in court for previous motor vehicle related charges, according to a police report released July 16.

Grullon-Peguero was released after posting a $150 bond. He's scheduled to appear in New Haven Superior Court on July 19.
