NAUGATUCK, CT - A local resident recently won a lottery prize. According to Connecticut Lottery, Joseph Arsenault, of Naugatuck, won $10,000 on Oct. 19.
He won playing the 10X Cash 11th Edition game and purchased the ticket at the Cumberland Farms in Southington.
