Police arrested a Prospect man on drug charges after they reportedly spotted him sleeping in his car.
The man, Martin Falk, 47, had parked his vehicle on Pleasant Drive in Bethany, according to a police report from Troop I. Officers responded there upon report of a man sleeping in the vehicle, at 7 a.m. on June 6.
Police said Falk was found to be in possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
His bond was set at $2,500 and he is scheduled to appear in court on June 20.
