Route 15 Reopens After Motorcycle Accident: UPDATE

UPDATE: The accident that shutdown a portion of Route 15 in Woodbridge is now cleared as of 9:30 a.m. but delays persist between exits 60 and 59, which is 3.5 miles on the southbound side.

There are also still big delays on I-95 in Milford between exits 38 and 43, which is seven miles, as of 9:30 a.m.

WOODBRIDGE/ORANGE/MILFORD — It's a mess out there this morning if you're traveling on Route 15 and on Interstate 95. Route 15 as of 8:45 a.m. is closed between exits 59 and 60 because of a motorcycle accident. Delays have been reported going back to exit 56 in Orange.

And if you're thinking about taking I-95, expect numerous delays there too.

I-95 Northbound is congested between Exits 34 and 43 in Milford through West Haven, which is a nearly 10 mile delay.
