Victim Found Dead on Route 15 in Woodbridge Identified

State Police have identified the pedestrian found dead on the Wilbur Cross Parkway in Woodbridge Friday morning.

The victim was identified as Eula H. Whitley, 68, of New Haven. Police said the victim was hit by a car overnight before her body was found Friday.

Troopers are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspected vehicle, which is described as a 2007-2009 Nissan Versa hatchback or 4-door sedan with front end damage.
