VITAS Hosting Free Grief Seminar and Six-Week Grief Support Group

VITAS is hosting a grief seminar, followed by a six-week bereavement support group to anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one. These groups provide useful information and facilitate sharing among others who are grieving.

The grief seminar will take place on Wednesday, October 1 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at Emeritus of Woodbridge, 330 Amity Road, Woodbridge, Connecticut, 06525. The six-week support group will take place a week after, beginning October 8 and continuing every Wednesday until November 12, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at the same location. The group will be facilitated by VITAS Social Worker, Bryna Pauker, LCSW, and is open to the community.
