Woodbridge Police Blotter (July 2019)

WOODBRIDGE, CT — Woodbridge arrest log:

-- Laura Chiulli, 51, of Wethersfield, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, second-degree threatening, and second degree breach of peace. On July 11, members of the Woodbridge Police Department responded to a late report of a family dispute. Officers determined through investigation that Chiulli made some threatening statements towards family members.

She was released on $20,000 bail and scheduled to appear in court July 12.

-- Heath Klarsfeld, 37, of 129 Nod Hill Road, Ridgefield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear. On July 24, police responded to a larceny complaint at a local business. Through investigation, officers found Klarsfeld had an active criminal re-arrest warrant.

He was released on $250 bond and schedule to appear in Danbury Superior Court Aug. 9.

-- Colleen Gagnon, 58, of 28 Ward Place Ext., West Haven, was charged with second-degree harassment. On July 28, police responded to a complaint that a local resident was receiving harassing phone calls. Following investigation, police determined Gagnon was making the phone calls even after being warned to stop.

She was released on $500 bond and issued a court date of Aug. 8.

-- Nathaniel Mutts, 26, of 285 August St., Hamden, was charged with third degree larceny and third-degree forgery. Mutts’ arrest stems from a January 2019 incident at a local bank where Mutts is accused of cashing a forged check.

-- Rodney Pacileo, 50, of 27 Court St., Branford, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than 1/2 an ounce of marijuana, operating under the influence, and possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle. On July 31, police responded to a complaint regarding a motor vehicle violation. Officers determined that the driver, Pacileo, was operating the vehicle while under the influence.

He was held on $500 bond and transported to New Haven Superior Court for arraignment Aug. 1.
