WOODBRIDGE, CT — A Woodbridge resident purchased a lucky winning lottery ticket earlier this month. David Rifkin, of Woodbridge, purchased a Cash5 ticket from the Amity Mobil in New Haven on Jan. 5 and won $100,000, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
