Branford Compassion Club Needs Donations After Rescuing 24 Cats
The non-profit feline rescue born in 1997 saved 24 cats and kittens is now desperate for help to cover the costs of spaying and neutering.

NORTH BRANFORD, CT — In a Facebook post Tuesday afternoon, the Branford Compassion Club posted that it had rescued two dozens cats and kittens and is now in need to help to cover the costs of having them spayed and neutered.
The feline rescue, founded in 1997, noted that it could cost as much as $12,000 to cover all the costs.
"Left to their own nature cats can multiple at an alarming rate and and exceed the number of available homes who would protect and care for them," the rescue noted, hence the need to spay and neuter the animals.
