Obituary: Roseann A. Vauiso, 87, of Branford

Roseann A. Vauiso of Branford, died Friday February 3, 2023 at her home. She was the wife of the late Nicholas Vauiso.

Roseann was born in New Haven April 25, 1935, daughter of the late Gaetano and Pauline Morico Aceto. She had worked at the U. I. Company as a key punch operator until retiring. She had been a member of the Sons of Italy Lodge #37 and a member of the Owenego Beach and Tennis Club in Branford. She was a communicant of St. Mary Church in Branford.

Roseann is survived by her sons, Mark Vauiso of Branford and Chris Vauiso of Deerfield Beach, FL; her sister Marilyn (Sam) Giglio of East Haven and her loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Pat Aceto.

Friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday morning at 10:00 in St. John Bosco Parish at St. Mary Church, 731 Main Street, Branford. Burial will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
