On Sunday, September 11 and Sunday, September 18, the Legacy Theatre will present the 2022 Legacy Theatre Play Reading Festival. From full length plays to one-acts, there is sure to be something for everyone! The Festival will take place over the course of the two Sundays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and the schedule for each day can be found on Legacy's website. Tickets are $25 for a full day pass to all reading that day. Last open session of the season!&nbsp; Enjoy an early fall Saturday morning with picturesque Goat Yoga at our farm in Madison CT. &nbsp;This special experience for the whole family&nbsp;includes 40-minutes of gentle yoga accompanied&nbsp;by our cuddly nigerian dwarf goats.&nbsp; Iced coffee, treats and connection on our beautiful farm following each session! 
Yoga sessions are led by a Certified Yoga Instructor. &nbsp;Ages 5+ welcome

The free program is co-sponsored by the Mid-Hudson Social Studies Council. The event will be the first of many lively conversation about America at 250 with some of our country’s leading history scholars. It is open to teachers throughout the Mid Hudson and Sound Shore communities as well as Fairfield County.
Professors David Blight, Frank Cogliano, Joanne Freeman and Beverly Gage will take the stage at the new Wachenheim Center to examine the history of the nation-state and the contested nature of American national identity. The panel will discuss what the United States and the Constitution have meant to citizens over time and how that vision has changed or stayed constant. &nbsp;The event is FREE but registration is required.
